Andres Smith-Serrano

Dr. Andres Smith-Serrano, Political Affairs Officer at the office of the Director-General, UNOG, Geneva. He has a PhD in Politics from the London School of Economics (LSE). Dr. Smith-Serrano has a wide and detailed experience of negotiations and mediation. During his long diplomatic career he has been holding various positions in different agencies of the United Nations and completed different diplomatic tasks on behalf of the UN in Kabul,  Baghdad, Monrovia, Abidjan, etc.
