James T. Peter

Dr. James T. Peter is a lawyer, LL.M., and mediator (SKWM/SAV). He is partner at KREPPER SPRING PARTNER and at BELLEVUE MEDIATION. He is a mediation trainer since 2001 and teacher at the University of Zurich. He is director of the mediation practical training which is organised every year in co-operation with the Dispute Resolution Center, Austin, TX. He is a renowned business mediator with a focus on claim disputes between companies. Dr. James T. Peter does regularly speak at conferences and has written many publications on extrajudicial settlement and mediation.
