These Terms & Conditions (Events) of Negotiations.CH define the terms and conditions for events booked at Negtiations.CH. The performance can be found in the public event announcement. Negotiation.CH reserves the right to update event content, even after application confirmation.
The customer agrees to the data handling necessary in the context of her/his event application. The data is not handed to third parties and are subject to swiss data privacy law if not stated otherwise.

We exclude all liabilities as far as possible by Swiss Code of Obligation. Insurance is matter of the participant.
The booking has to be carried out on this homepage or in written form. With the booking, these Terms & Conditions are accepted. The booking is being handled as a reservation until payment has been made. The reservation can be cancled by Negotiations.CH if the event if the event is full booked even if stated otherwise during booking or if the paymend has been received. No claims can be made in these cases.
Payments and Prices
All prices, if not stated otherwise, are in CHF with value-added tax. The bill has to be payed up front any applying including transaction fees.
If, two weeks before an event, there are not enough bookings it is up to Negotiations.CH to cancel the event. The same applies if the expert(s) fail(s) to host the event. In both cases the costumer will receive the paid fees. No further claims can be made.
It is possible to cancel a booking. The cancellations are free of charge within 48h of the booking. The standard cancellation-fee is, if not stated otherwise, 100.- CHF. The standard cancellation-fee is due for cancellations up to four weeks in advance. In case of a cancellation two to four weeks prior to the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the participation fee if not stated otherwise. In case of cancellations in the two weeks prior to the event no refunds can be made. Cancellations have to made in written form. In case of a cancellation, discounts are removed.
